Long-term leases available: 

$850 Monthly ($200 non-refundable) deposit required

$4,500 Seasonal (April-Oct.)

Cancellations for nightly site must be made by noon, 3 days prior to reservation. There will be a $10 fee for all cancellations .

 

During Holidays and Prime time (September and October), cancellations must be made by noon, 7 days prior to check in.

No refund will be issued if not within cancellation policy.
